I have available space for focussed practitioners to work and build your business without the pressure that principal driven centres can demand.
My intention here is to share this great space with other dedicated, and passionate individuals who are self responsible and who enjoy some autonomy as they continue to develop their business.

* 1 large room and one smaller one upstairs.

* A small workshop space suitable for up to 12 people.
Chairs / tables / whiteboard can be stored away if not required.
Newport Hypnotherapy Centre sits side by side with Newport Natural Health Group in a 2 story, 9 therapy room, weatherboard house on the corner of North and Home Road in Newport.
Newport train station is close by and a bus stop is at the front door. Parking is available in both North and Home Roads.
There are plenty of opportunities for cross over referrals if you are interested in building relationships with other practitioners.
At present 102a North Road has three Hypnotherapists, a Couples and Familly therapy Counsellor, a Reiki master and a Chinese Tui Na Massage Therapist, a Shiatsu / Remedial Massage Therapist, a Reflexologist, a Pilates instructor.
The premises is nicely fitted out and has a feeling of respectful calm
* The space could suit practitioners of Naturopathy, Feldenkrais, Radix, Kinesiology, Psycho Nutrition, Bowen Therapy, Myotherapy, Homeopathy.
* Please appreciate that each practitioner must be
. a member of a professional association
. they must hold current practitioner insurance
. have an ABN
. and understand that they are responsible for their clients well-being including allowing adequate space between their clients appointments each day.

* Rates are as follows and are inclusive of all amenities, gas electricity, land line,mobile internet, eftpos facilities, your own page on the website, waiting spaces, coffee and tea facilities, filtered water and fully functional kitchen. Two toilets and a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Sunny back yard.
Work your own hours. Centre can be open 7 days per week.
